Person Search - How to Locate a Person When All You Have Is the Name of the Missing Person

There are two pieces of information you need to locate a person:
- The correctly spelled first, middle, and last names of the missing person
- The date of birth of the missing person
Often, only the missing person's name is known. If you don't have the birth date of the missing person, I'll tell you how to go about getting it.
- It might be as simple as asking the parents or relative of the missing person
- But if not, a marriage record of the missing person could contain his or her date of birth
- Another way to find a birth date is through a divorce record of the missing person
- Marriage Record -
A marriage record contains full name, date and place of birth.
You'll find a marriage record filed in the courthouse in which the license was issued. You'll also may find the marriage record at the state vital statistics office.
